At Mob Crew, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully.
Coffee Items:
Please note that we do not accept returns on any coffee items. Due to the perishable nature and quality control of our coffee, all coffee sales are final.
Clothing and Other Merchandise (Excluding Perishable Food):
For clothing and other merchandise (excluding any perishable food items), we will only accept returns for items that are defective or broken upon arrival.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective or broken and you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return for a defective or broken item, please contact our customer support team at mobcrewboss@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photographic evidence if possible.
Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the defect or damage, we will offer either a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a refund or store credit for the purchase price of the item.
