Q: What is the ideal water-to-coffee ratio? A: A great starting point for a strong, flavorful cup is a ratio of 1:15, which means 1 gram of coffee for every 15 grams (or milliliters) of water. Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship to select countries outside of the United States. Right now we only ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and times will vary. Please proceed to checkout to see if we ship to your country.

You can use this number to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep. If you have an account with us, you can also find your tracking information in your order history.
Returns & Customer Support
Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your coffee for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that coffee is a perishable item, and we are not able to accept returns on opened bags of coffee.

- Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective or broken and you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery date.
